Order Processing
Orders are prepared carefully before dispatch. Our processing time and estimated delivery times will be confirmed before the store launches.
UK Delivery
UK delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout once our shipping service is connected.
European Delivery
Delivery availability, charges and estimated times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
European orders may be subject to local VAT, customs duties or courier handling fees. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow some time for the courier’s tracking system to update.
